This Policy is applied to any and every product purchased from/by VuukStudios.

This TOS will apply to both commissions/custom requests and purchased pre-made packs as well as any product purchased.

By reading this and processing the payment you automatically abide by this policy and all of the terms stated below.

⭐ Custom Requests and Commissions

This states that once purchasing an item from VuukStudios; the buyer agrees to the set of listed conditions down below upon purchasing said item (even if it is a 50% or partial downpayment)

A. The Buyer acknowledges that the agreement will take place once he/she has purchased a product, regardless of whether they have seen this or not. It is to be effective as soon as the products are paid for. Same applies to partial payments.

B. Refunds are only available if the artist (VuukStudios) CANCELS the commission and AGREES to refund. The artist will not do refunds in any other case. The person commissioning needs to agree that they will NOT cancel the commission or quit the project. If they do so, the artist fully keeps the funds regardless of the games status. There will also be no refunds on 50% or partial deposits. The partial deposit is used to pay for the time and labor in case of unforseen circumstances compensate the creator for the work he did. In short, no refunds are available unless I myself cancel and AGREE that I can't do it. Refunds in any other case are not available.

C. The Buyer acknowledges that he has reviewed the terms and seen all of my work and capabilities. All of the stuff showcased on this website and my social media represents my work and how my work looks like. The client will not be eligible for a refund if he "doesn't like the product". Because he is fully aware of the artists capabilities and the work he is doing and by starting the commission puts trust in the artist to deliver what he wants. Revisions and bug fixes are AVAILABLE and free of charge as long as they are in the original work scope.

D. The Buyer agrees that if any of these conditions are violated, he/she may get terminated and blacklisted from servers affiliated with VuukStudios and may be penalized in other major developer servers.

E. The Buyer agrees that they will NOT defame or spread any negativity, regardless of the outcome of the commission. All defamation posts are strictly forbidden and will be penalized by the courts of Missouri.

F. Buyers acknowledge that the products they buy are with full intent and know what they are buying.

G. The Buyer will not refund in any means through methods such as chargeback through bank or filing a dispute

H. The Buyer agrees that they will NOT add onto the work scope after the price has been set. Any added work not mentioned originally will be charged an extra fee. Any changes and extra features can be included afterwards for an extra charge. Revisions and bugs for the same system in the same work scope are free.

I. The contract is open for everyone to see and it is mentioned that customers should thoroughly look through before purchasing, therefore it is the buyer's mistake if they claim to have not seen or agreed.

J. The contract applies to all other forms of purchase such as Shopify, or any other payment provider under VuukStudios’ name or the artists personal name.

The contract is subject to change without notice, however we will not change it during disputes, nor will the changes apply to the user if the changes are made aer the matter. By breaching this our team is entitled to pursue legal action in the courts of Missouri, USA.

⭐ Store Packs and Pre-Made Items + Any Other Form Of Purchase

A. The Buyer acknowledges that the agreement will take place once he/she has purchased and received said product, regardless of whether they have seen this or not. It is to be effective as soon as the products are bought.

B. The Buyer will not leak, re-sell, give, or trade anyone the purchased item UNLESS they have purchased the rights from and only the Owners.

C. The Buyer will use the product for its intended use, ex. Maps for games, Models for he/she's project, and not for the sole purpose to resell or trade

D. The Buyer will not refund in any means through methods such as chargeback through bank or filing a dispute

E. The Buyer agrees that if any of these conditions are violated, he/she may get terminated and blacklisted from servers affiliated with VuukStudios and from the server itself

F. The Buyer acknowledges that these products are sold in cheap quantities because it is being resold

G. Buyers acknowledge that the products they buy are with full intent and know what they are buying.

H. Buyers acknowledge that the products are as advertised and given accordingly, meaning there is no misrepresentation.

I. Do not fret, as buyers can only have it for its intended use, and cannot give, leak, sell, or trade it to anyone as previously stated in Section A.
